Abstract
La utilización conjunta de la literatura de
viajes, la novela y la poesía han servido para
analizar la evolución del paisaje literario,
tanto urbano, como rural, para este último
ha parecido conveniente poner en relación
una comarca rural y una obra universal,
nos referimos a La Mancha y al Quijote,
cuando se ha cumplido el IV Centenario
de su publicación, lo que ha originado que
este territorio se haya convertido en uno de
los espacios geográficos más conocidos, al
menos por el nombre. Aunque el hidalgo
caballero salió de su tierra para dirigirse
a Barcelona, a través de Aragón, nos
detendremos únicamente en la llanura
de La Mancha, con objeto de analizar su
evolución geográfico-literaria a lo largo de
cuatro siglos, sin olvidar algunos aspectos
geográficos y turísticos que caracterizan a la
genial novel
The joint use of travel literature, the novel and poetry have served to analyse the evolution of the literary landscape, both urban and rural. For the latter in seemed appropriate to relate a rural district and a universal work, we refer to La Mancha and the Quixote, when the IV Centenary of its publication has been completed, which has caused that this territory has became one of the most known geographical spaces, at least by name. Although the gentleman knight left his land to go to Barcelona, through Aragon, we will stop only in the plain of La Mancha, in order to analyse its geographic-literary evolution over four centuries, without forgetting some geographical aspects and tourist attractions that characterize the great novel
