La figura del perito acústico forense en el ámbito de la jurisdicción española

Abstract

El presente trabajo se enmarca en el desarrollo de la tesis doctoral La prueba de identificación de locutores en la jurisprudencia en España del programa de Doctorado en Ciencias Forenses de la Universidad de Alcalá. Con él, pretendemos acercarnos a la figura del perito experto en acústica forense en la jurisdicción española. Para ello, dividiremos el artículo en dos partes. En primer lugar, haremos una aproximación a la legislación vigente que rige esta figura en el ámbito penal, partiendo del concepto de prueba pericial, para, finalmente, en segundo lugar, definir el perfil formativo del perito titular acústico forense en España, destacando los servicios de peritajes de los laboratorios oficiales de la policía judicial y los realizados por lingüistas expertos vinculados al ámbito universitario

This paper falls in the context of the doctoral thesis on the Forensic Speaker Identification in the jurispru-dence of the Spanish Court (PhD programme in Forensic Science at the University of Alcala). With this paper, we intend to approach the Forensic Audio Expert in the area of Spanish jurisdiction. For this purpose, the paper has been divided into two parts. First of all, we aim for the approximation of the existing legislate on relating to this practice in crimi-nal proceedings.
