Vaticano, BAV, Pal. lat. 1741 es un manuscrito “misceláneo” copiado en Heidelberg
en el s. XV. En los fols. 286r-291v conserva una nueva versión del Liber monstrorum cuyo texto difiere notablemente de
los otros cinco testimonios conservados,
aunque está muy próxima a Leiden, UBL,
Voss. lat. oct. 60
Vaticano, BAV, Pal. lat. 1741 is a “miscellaneous” manuscript written in Heidelberg by the 15th Century. On ff. 286r-291v, it preserves a new copy of the Liber monstrorum, and its text differs from the other five versions known in several details. This new copy does not derive from any of those specimens, but is very close to Leiden, UBL, Voss. lat. oct. 60
