Abstract
en la formación de alumnos de la carrera de licenciado en relaciones Comerciales
que se imparte en la escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración del instituto politécnico
nacional se utiliza el simulador de negocios markestrated de la empresa labsag. en esta
investigación se analizó el desarrollo de dos habilidades gerenciales (toma de decisiones y trabajo en
equipo) a través del uso de esta herramienta informática. Se entrevistaron a docentes que imparten
esta materia y que están capacitados en su uso. también a expertos y especialistas en el uso de
simuladores de negocios en la impartición de materias a nivel superior. Así como a los alumnos de
estos grupos. la metodología de investigación fue de carácter cualitativo, con el uso de la teoría
fundamentada y el apoyo del programa Atlas.ti
In the training of students of the bachelor’s degree in business relations taught at the Higher School of Commerce and Administration of the national polytechnic institute, the markestrated business simulator from the company labsag is used. in this research, the development of two management skills (decision making and teamwork) was analyzed with this computer tool. teachers who teach this subject and who are trained in its use were interviewed.
