Formación del Profesorado : aprendizaje profesional en contextos interculturales

Abstract

En este trabajo, los autores justifican la necesidad de llevar a cabo acciones que permitan la construcción de una conciencia transcultural e intercultural desde la que dar sentido a un mundo más comprensivo, interrelacionado e interdependiente. Para que la interculturalidad sea una realidad en las aulas necesita de la sensibilidad e identificación del profesorado con ella, incorporándola como un principio orientador del currículum y estructurador del conjunto de sus elementos. Destacan la formación tanto inicial como permanente como procesos que contribuyen en este proceso. Finalmente, presentan los elementos de un programa intercultural de formación de profesores.

In this work, the authors justify the need to carry out actions that allow the construction of a transcultural and intercultural awareness from which to give meaning to a more comprehensive, interrelated and interdependent world. In order for interculturality to become a reality in the classroom, it needs the sensitivity and identification of the teaching staff with it, incorporating it as a guiding principle of the curriculum and structure of all its elements. They emphasize the initial and permanent training as well as the processes that contribute to this process. Finally, they present the elements of an intercultural teacher training program.
