El conocimiento y la formación del profesorado universitario

Abstract

El paso del rol de alumno universitario a docente –universitariosupone en la mayoría de los casos el desarrollo de un conocimiento que durante los procesos de formación, tanto inicial como permanente, han de potenciar. Desde estas líneas reflejamos los diferentes conocimientos que han de poseer los profesores universitarios propuestos por distintos autores. A partir de ello queremos señalar la estrecha relación entre el conocimiento de los docentes y su formación, para finalmente señalar la finalidad de este última.

The passage from the role of being a university student to the one of being a teacher – an undergraduate supposes, in most of the cases, the development of a knowledge that must be strengthened during the processes of training, as initial as permanent. From these lines, we will show different kinds of knowledge that teachers should have, recommended by several authors. Based on it, we want to point out the relation between teachers’ knowledge and their training in order to point out the purpose of the last one.
