Abstract

El autor plantea en el presente artículo la contradicción que supone por un lado concebir Internet como un espacio abierto de libre participación y democratización del conocimiento y, por otro, el hecho de que personas con ciertas limitaciones tengan dificultad o imposibilidad de acceder a los canales informativos y comunicativos del ciberespacio._______________________________ The author presents in this article the contradiction that supposes on the one hand to conceive Internet as an open space of free participation and democratisation of the knowledge and on the other hand the fact that persons with certain limitations have difficulty or impossibility of acceding to the communicative and informative canals of the cyberspace.
