Abstract
En las últimas décadas se observa una masiva incorporación de la mujer al
mercado laboral, la tasa de actividad ha aumentado (cada vez hay más mujeres
en edad de trabajar que quieren hacerlo), ya no se conforman sólo con el rol
ama de casa, sino que desean desarrollar sus capacidades realizando un trabajo
remunerado de acuerdo con la formación adquirida. Pero no todo es positivo,
frente a esa demanda de trabajo se ha elevado la tasa de paro en más de un
9% en 20 años, debido a las circunstancias económicas actuales. Pero no en
todos los sectores la evolución ha sido igual. El sector terciario es por excelencia
(especialmente en educación y sanidad) núcleos donde predomina el número de
mujeres frente a hombres. En esta investigación se pretende analizar la evolución
del mercado de trabajo femenino en la Comunidad Andaluza, una de las más
castigadas de España, haciendo un estudio en el sector sanitario .
