Cómo reivindicar los 'medios enteros'

Abstract

Para el sector audiovisual resulta más imprescindible hoy el asentamiento del modelo tecnológico de televisión y los principios liberalizadores de la desregulación, que el planteamiento formal y de contenidos de lo que debe significar esta poderosa herramienta de incursión, penetración y receptividad universal sobre el ser humano y su inconsciente imaginario. En este artículo se señala que en muchas ocasiones la técnica ha sido puesta, no al servicio de la Humanidad, sino de la mercancía, de la operatividad mercantil, en la que la audiencia es simplemente un producto que convenientemente embalado se traduce en cuotas de mercado y en ganancia automática para quien la posee.

Nowadays, it is more indispensable for the audiovisual sector the settlement of the technological model of the television and the liberalizing principles of the deregulation, than the formal approach of contents of what it should mean this powerful resource of universal incursion, introduction, and receptiveness about the human being and his imaginary subconscious. In this article, the author points out that the technique has been put many times, not at the service of the Mankind, but at the service of the merchandise, of the commercial effectiveness, in which the audience is simply a product that, properly packed up, turns into market fees and automatic profits for the one who owns it.
