"Los últimos habitantes del Valle de los Caídos": Modelo de análisis pragmático y argumentativo del reportaje narrativo

Abstract

Desde la perspectiva de los estudios críticos del discurso (van Dijk 2005, 2011), de la argumentación (Perelman y Olbrechts 2015, Fuentes Rodríguez 2007, 2010) y de la teoría del periodismo (Martínez Albertos 1984, Diaz Noci 2000, F. Parratt, 2008), se propone el análisis pragmalingüístico del reportaje «Los últimos habitantes del Valle de los Caídos», de Alberto Gayo (El País Semanal, 2018). La narración se cruza con la interpretación de las noticias sobre el suceso de la exhumación y el traslado de los restos de Franco del Valle de los Caídos en 2019. El objetivo es indagar en las estrategias y las herramientas, discursivas y argumentativas y cuestionar su encuadre genérico. Asimismo, se evidencia la necesidad de conocer los planes estructurales del discurso periodístico —correspondientes a las dimensiones micro y macroestructurales— para distinguir las funciones de las diversas prácticas discursivas coexistentes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Based on the perspective of critical discourse studies (van Dijk 2005, 2011), Argumentation (Perelman & Olbrechts, 2015; Fuentes Rodríguez, 2007, 2010) and journalism theory (Martínez Albertos, 1984; Diaz Noci, 2000; F. Parratt, 2008), the study proposes the pragmalinguistic analysis of the report «Los últimos habitantes del Valle de los Caídos», by Alberto Gayo (El País Semanal, 2018). The narration intersects with the interpretation of the news about the event of the exhumation of Franco’s remains out of the Valley of the Fallen in 2019. The central point will be to investigate the strategies and discursive and argumentative tools used in the reportage and to question its generic framing. Moreover, it is necessary to investigate the structural plans of journalistic discourse —responding to the micro and macro-structural dimensions—to distinguish the functions of the various discursive practices.
