ETA asesinó al Teniente de Alcalde de San Sebastián, Gregorio Ordóñez, el 23 de enero de 1995. Estas páginas analizan las dos facetas de este asesinato: la exterior (el volumen y la gravedad del terrorismo) y la interior (sus semillas metahumanas, metarracionales, los nuevos derechos victimales, la abrogación del castigo punitivo, la obligación de reparar y dignificar a las víctimas…). ETA assassinated the Deputy mayor of San Sebastian, Gregorio Ordóñez, on January the 23rd. 1995. On these pages the two sides of this murder are analyzed: the outside one (the volume and the seriousness of terrorism) and the inner side (its meta-human and meta-rational seeds, the new victimal rights, the revocation of punitive sanction, the repair to and dignification of victims…).
