La orientación y la animación con personas mayores

Abstract

La autora de este artículo considera que trabajar con personas mayores no es nada fácil e incluso se atreve a manifestar que hay que implicarse mucho, tener paciencia y dedicación. Esto no quita mérito a un campo de trabajo abierto para los futuros psicopedagogos ya que, cada vez más, las funciones de este profesional no se centra única y exclusivamente en el ámbito escolar sino que se están abriendo otros campos en los cuales la figura de un orientador sería primordial como mediador, dinamizador y animador.

The author of this article considers that working with elderly people is not easy at all, and she even ventures to express that you must get involved in it a lot, have patience and dedication. This does not take merit from an open work area for future psycho-pedagogues since, increasingly, the functions of this professional do not focus only and exclusively on the academic area, but are also opening to other fields in which the role of an adviser as a mediator, stimulator and entertainer would be of prime importance.
