Reformas estructurales, mercado de trabajo y proteccion social en America Latina

Abstract

El presente artículo analiza las formas de intervención estatal en el período previo a las reformas y las transformaciones que se fueron produciendo desde 1980 hasta la actualidad. Posteriormente se plantea el impacto de estas reformas en los sistemas de bienestar y, fundamentalmente en el mercado laboral. El artículo concluye con un análisis sobre las formas que ha adoptado la ciudadanía en América latina a partir del proceso de reformas estructurales._____________________________________________The present article analizes the forms of state intervention before structural reforms and the transformations that have occurred from 1980 to present. It also describes the impact of such structural reforms on the welfare systems and the labour market, and, concludes with an analysis of the different forms of citizenship existing today in Latin America.
