Abstract
Este artículo se dedica a la comparación de la máxima manifestación de la desigualdad en Derecho Penal, como es el tratamiento cruel del enemigo pobre y de la leve respuesta penal para el amigo rico. Se analizan distintas situaciones y se proponen reformas para neutralizar estas situaciones extremas.
This article is dedicated to comparing the maximum manifestation of inequality in criminal law. The cruel treatment of the poor enemy and the slight criminal response for the rich friend is studied. Different situations are analyzed, and reforms are proposed to neutralize these extreme situations.
