Sistemas de aprovechamiento de biomasa en Castilla y León : las experiencias en curso

Abstract

Se han realizado siete experiencias de aprovechamientos de biomasa en montes de Castilla y León y Andalucía financiadas por la Fundación Centro de Servicios y Promoción Forestal y de su Industria de Castilla y León (CESEFOR): tres en cortas selectivas de Quercus pyrenaica Willd. y Pinus sylvestris L. con saca de árbol completo con astillado o triturado fijo; dos en cortas a hecho de chopo y otra en pino silvestre con saca de restos y astillado o triturado fijo en cargadero y dos en cortas a hecho de Pinus pinaster Ait y chopo con preparación de biomasa para su astillado móvil. Los costes obtenidos oscilan entre 27,4 €/tverde en una corta a hecho de pinaster a 54 €/tverde en una corta selectiva de rebollo y es necesario continuar con este tipo de estudios para optimizar y orientar a los empresarios y consumidores._______________________________Seven forest biomass harvesting operations have been studied. Every trial has been located in central Spain’s Castilla y León region and Andalucia region they financied by CESEFOR. Three experiences are mechanised thinnings of Pinus and Quercus young stands where whole trees have been hauled off and chipped or grinded on landing. Two more consist on poplar and pine clearcuts followed by branches extraction and chipping on landing. The last two trials are pine and poplar clearcuts and residues piling operations in order to be harvested by a mobile chipper. Results regarding productivity and costs from the present stage of these time studies are presented. Also some logistic factors are discussed.
