Estudio sobre la aplicación de un programa de actividades deportivas en pacientes con patología dual

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo por objetivo la descripción empírica de afecciones psicofísicas que presentaban pacientes con Patología Dual (PD) de los Centros de Tratamiento Integral de Patología Dual de la Asociación “Hu.Pa.Dual” de Huelva (N = 15). Se realizó una descripción y análisis de la interrelación de factores físicos y otros factores psicopatológicos contemplados en las subescalas de ansiedad-insomnio, depresión y disfunción social. Se utilizó la validación española del Cuestionario de Salud General de Goldberg (GHQ-28) de Lobo, Pérez- Echeverría y Artal (1986) como medida de línea base, aplicándose posteriormente la intervención deportiva en una submuestra (n=6) y como medida post intervención el re-tests del mismo. Los resultados mostraron diferencias significativas previstas en las subescalas de disfunción social y depresión, reduciéndose las puntuaciones respecto de la línea base tras la intervención deportiva, siendo menor esta diferencia en la subescala de ansiedad.The principal aim of the present study is the empirical description of psycophysical affections of Dual Pathology (DP) patients in the Centers of Integral Intervention of Dual Pathology of the Association "Hu.Pa.Dual" of Huelva (N = 15). It was performed a description and analysis of the interrelationship of physical factors and other psychopathologycal factors referred to the subscales of anxiety - insomnia, depression and social dysfunction. It has been used the Spanish validation of the General Health Questionnaire of Goldberg (GHQ-28) by Lobo, Perez-Echeverría and Artal (1986), as the measure of the base line. The sports intervention was applied later in a subsample (n=6) and after this intervention the measure was performed by the re-tests of the same one. The foreseen results were of significant differences in the subscales of social dysfunction and depression. After the sport intervention, the punctuations diminished with regard to the base line: this difference was minor in the subscale of anxiety.
