El ADNe, la nueva herramienta para la gestión de los recursos humanos

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es mostrar al ámbito académico y profesional, una nueva herramienta para la gestión de los recursos humanos (RRHH), basada en el análisis del persotipo del ADN emocional (ADNe) a través de los 7 registros o estadios manifestados gor E.^Bernstein en su teoría del análisis transaccional, que permite identificar en cada individuo su nivel" de reflexión y objetividad (Ob), generosidad y disponibilidad afectiva y social (Fr), capacidad de análisis y de síntesis de datos (Ád), espontaneidad, imaginación y creatividad (Nt), atención y aprendizaje (Sm), agresividad y tendencia posesiva (Rb) e influencia, anticipación y astucia (Mn). La combinación de estos indicadores en un mismo individuo nos permite determinar si es más emprendedor, más creativo o más líder, entre otros muchos registros de su comportamiento. Podiendo servir en el ámbito académico para conocer mejor a los alumnos y poder mejorar su formación en aquellas competencias menos desarrolladas y en el ámbito profesional para minimizar el riesgo de adaptación al puesto de trabajo

The aim of this paper is to show to the academic and professional field a new tool for human resources (HR) management, based on emotional personality DNA analysis (ADNe) through the 7 registers or stages manifested by E. Bernstein in his Transactional Analysis Theory, which allows to identify for each individual his "level" of reflection and objectivity (Ob), generosity, affective and social availability (Fr), ability to analyze and synthesize data (Ad), spontaneity, Imagination and creativity (Nt), attention and learning (Sm), aggressiveness and possessive tendency (Rb) and influence, anticipation and cunning (Mn). The combination of these in the individual, allows us to determine, if one is more entrepreneurial, more creative, more leader, among many others. It is useful in the academic field to better know students and to be able to improve their training in those competences less developed and in the professional scope to minimize the risk of adaptation to the work position
