Aproximación a la pragmática del discurso teatral y posibilidades didácticas

Abstract

La pragmática teatral se plantea todavía como una disciplina de trabajo menor por no ser admitidos los textos teatrales de manera general como textos comunicativos en los que rastrear los indicios de este nivel del lenguaje (Rozik, 2008; Herman 1995, etc.). Sin embargo, se considera que esta óptica aleja al texto de la comunicación real cuyo sentido —a pesar de ser textos para ser representados de manera ficcional— es imitar la oralidad, las relaciones humanas, la comunicación en su totalidad, etc. Es el texto teatral un vehículo de lenguaje que asume todas las características de esta facultad humana y por ello, es necesario cambiar el prisma y aceptar que estos textos deban ser analizados a través del nivel del lenguaje de la pragmática. En esta disertación se pretenden demostrar estos aspectos analizando las distintas funciones del lenguaje presentes en el texto teatral- dialógico; revisar los diferentes tipos de diálogo dentro de este texto y los conceptos pragmáticos que representa y por último recoger algunos ejemplos didácticos para la explotación del texto teatral desde un punto de vista de la pragmática. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Theatrical pragmatics is still considered a minor discipline because theatrical texts are not generally accepted as communicative texts in which to trace the traces of this level of language (Rozik, 2008; Herman, 1995, etc.). However, this perspective is considered to distance the text from real communication, whose purpose—despite being texts intended for fictional performance—is to imitate orality, human relationships, communication in its entirety, etc. The theatrical text is a vehicle of language that assumes all the characteristics of this human faculty, and therefore, it is necessary to change the perspective and accept that these texts must be analyzed through the pragmatic level of language. This dissertation aims to demonstrate these aspects by analyzing the different language functions present in the dialogic theatrical text. Review the different types of dialogue within this text and the pragmatic concepts it represents, and finally collect some didactic examples for the exploitation of the theatrical text from a pragmatic point of view.
