Abstract

Sometido el pueblo ilergeta y sus aliados, las tierras del NE de la provincia Citerior se mantuvieron fieles a los compromisos firmados con los romanos. Esta fidelidad se manifiesta sobre todo en las guerras del último siglo de la República. El análisis del vocabulario étnico de nuestras fuentes literarias ayuda a entender el contexto.

After the people of the ilergetum and his allied were subdued, the regions of the NE of Citerior province kept faithful with the agreements written with the romans. This accuracy is shown specially in the wars of the last century of the Republic. The analysis of ethnic words of our literary sources is a help to understand the context.
