Formación para docencia innovadora en red vía SPOC: expectativas y resultados

Abstract

Este artículo recoge la experiencia y la evaluación de las dos primeras ediciones (2020 y 2021), de un proyecto de aprendizaje abierto en red innovador para la capacitación de profesorado surgido en el contexto de la Covid-19: un curso de formación permanente sobre docencia innovadora en red, formato SPOC (#Dienlinea), organizado como parte de la estrategia y función social de una universidad pública española, la Universidad Internacional de Andalucía (UNIA). Como investigación cuantitativa y descriptiva, se analizan, a través de encuestas, por un lado expectativas y motivación iniciales y por otro valoración de la experiencia por sus participantes, al tiempo que se recogen los resultados de tasa de finalización como complemento. Con todo ello se presentan las principales fortalezas y aspectos susceptibles de mejora de la experiencia de enseñanza-aprendizaje, contribuyendo así a la transferencia de buenas prácticas y mejora de futuras actividades.

This article collects the experience and evaluation of the first two editions (2020 and 2021) of an innovative open networked learning project for teacher training that emerged in the context of Covid-19: a continuing education course on innovative networked teaching, SPOC format (#Dienlinea), organized as part of the strategy and social function of a Spanish public university, the International University of Andalusia (UNIA). As a quantitative and descriptive research, we analyze, through surveys, on the one hand, initial expectations and motivation and, on the other hand, the evaluation of the experience by its participants, while the results of the completion rate are collected as a complement. With all this, we present the main strengths and aspects that can be improved in the teaching-learning experience, thus contributing to the transfer of good practices and improvement of future activities.
