La trata de personas y el tipo penal en México

Abstract

Este ensayo realiza un recuento de la evolución normativa que ha tenido la conceptualización y tipificación del delito de trata de personas en México a fin de comprender las grandes tareas pendientes que se tienen como país de enganche, traslado y explotación. Esto es porque a 21 años del Protocolo de Palermo, todavía existen confusiones en la estructura del tipo penal, lo cual dificulta la efectiva investiga-ción y persecuciónThis essay recounts the normative evolution that the conceptualization and classification of the crime of human trafficking in Mexico has had in order to understand the great pending tasks that they have as a country of hooking, transfer and exploitation. This is because 21 years after the Palermo Protocol, there are still confusion in the structure of the criminal offense, which makes effective investigation and prosecution difficult
