Evolución durante el Pérmico inferior de las fallas de la región de Pálmaces de Jadraque-Angón (borde SE del Sistema Central español)

Abstract

The Permian basins in the easternmost part of the Spanish Central System have been ascribed to the tectonic activity that took place during the late Hercynian. The Pálmaces half-graben is mainly due to a complex interaction between the fault system of Angón, largely affecting the hercynian metamorphic rocks, and the well-known Sarteneja FaultLas cuencas del Pérmico en la parte más oriental del Sistema Central Español se han atribuido a la actividad tectónica que tuvo lugar durante el Herciniano tardío. La medio fosa tectónica de Pálmaces se debe principalmente a la compleja interacción entre el sistema de fallas de Angón, que afecta en gran medida a las rocas metamórficas hercinianas, y a la conocida falla de Sarteneja.
