dc.description.abstractLower Old Basaltic Series had only been described W of the Basal Complex in Alojera -Tazo area but it is also well exposed in other zones on Comera as in Hermigua area E of the Basal Complex. Here, the basaltic lava flows alternate with poligenetic agglomerates. The lowermost lavas show some submarine features. Their chemical affinity is mildly alkaline and the ir age is about 9 -1 0 A4. y.es_ES
