Abstract
El presente documento es la continuación de trabajos que se han desarrollado bajo el diseño de
investigación-acción, en búsqueda de la mejora de la práctica docente. En ellos reportamos actividades donde brindamos
apoyo al maestro para obtener el conocimiento tecnológico que, en conjunto a la experiencia que posee, le permita
considerar otra manera de enseñar ciencia y tecnología en la educación secundaria. El objetivo de este trabajo es describir
las actividades y hallazgos tras la implementación de un plan de acción, realizado por una profesora de escuela secundaria
técnica en la ciudad de Puebla en México. Que modificó su forma de abordar el tema de proyectos de innovación de la
materia de Ofimática, en tercer grado de secundaria, planificando una serie de actividades con sus alumnos apoyándose
en la cultura Maker. Nuestro estudio es exploratorio, bajo un diseño de investigación-acción y análisis cualitativo, en donde
empleamos las técnicas de observación y entrevista. Como resultado del procesamiento de los datos recolectados se
obtuvieron conceptos a partir de expresiones rescatadas en las actividades, relativos a cualidades humanas, trabajo entre
pares alumnos y sentimientos. Este estudio nos permitirá obtener referentes para el diseño de investigación-acción de
subsecuentes intervenciones educativas en pro de fomentar el cambio de la práctica docente, como parte de una propuesta
de mediación tecnológica para la enseñanza de ciencia y tecnología en el aula de secundaria
We continue to work on an action research designed to improve teaching practice. We offered to help teachers to get technological knowledge, which added to their experiences in order to change the way of teaching science and technology in secondary education. The aim of this work is to describe the activities implemented, as well as the results obtained from them in the classroom. The activities were carried out by a female technical secondary school teacher from Puebla, Mexico. She changed her way of teaching innovation projects within an “office automation course” in the third grade of secondary school. She planned activities with her students based on the Maker culture. The investigation was exploratory, with a research action design with qualitative analysis. Observation and interviews were used as data collection techniques. The concepts that resulted from the analysis were: human qualities, peer student work and feelings. These results will help us to get information for the action research design as well as for future educational interventions and to continue promoting changes to the teaching practice as a proposal of technological mediation based on the Maker culture in order to teach science and technology in secondary school
