El mundo del deporte como gran agente social que es, debe reestructurarse en torno a una forma de vivir la actividad físico-deportiva ligada al disfrute, a la ocupación del tiempo libre..., presentándose como protagonista de un ocio activo que marque un camino dinámico, educativo y saludable, donde todos y todas tengamos cabida sin límites de edad, sexo, condición física, psíquica ó social.
