Abstract

La migración es una realidad en la historia de la humanidad con diversas causas y características. Los movimientos migratorios requieren formas de protección diferenciada e individualizada para tratar a las personas en todas las etapas de los movimientos migratorio. El sistema interamericano ha destacado la necesidad de garantizar los derechos humanos de migrantes y la adopción de medidas de protección efectiva por parte de los Estados.Migration is a reality in the history of humanity with various causes and characteristics. Migratory movements require differentiated and individualized forms of protection to treat people at all stages of migratory movements. The inter-American system has highlighted the need to guarantee the human rights of migrants and the adoption of effective protection measures by States.
