Metodologías activas para el desarrollo de competencias 2030

Abstract

Con la creciente digitalización de las empresas, es fundamental que las personas adquieran y desarrollen competencias digitales que favorezcan su inserción y permanencia en el entorno laboral. Por su parte, las instituciones educativas, tienen como tarea definir nuevos diseños curriculares y configurar estrategias tecno-pedagógicas, para resignificar la figura docente y al modelo educativo que ofertan con la integración de las metodologías activas que favorezcan, a través de un aprendizaje experiencial, la adquisición de habilidades y competencias en sus estudiantes, con el propósito de asegurar la formación integral del futuro egresado, la cual debe estar conformada no solo por conocimientos, destrezas, aptitudes y actitudes, sino por habilidades que van más allá de un currículo formal: las habilidades blandas. Por esto, en la presente investigación mixta se estudian las metodologías con las que se propician entornos de aprendizaje que estimulan la participación activa, brindando las herramientas necesarias para enfrentar los desafíos del entorno.

With the increasing digitization of companies, it is essential that people acquire and develop digital skills that favor their insertion and permanence in the work environment. On the other side, educational institutions must define new curricular designs and configure techno-pedagogical strategies to give a new meaning to the teaching mentors and the educational model they offer. This will help to integrate active methodologies that promote the acquisition of skills and competencies in their students through experiential learning. Additionally, this ensures the comprehensive training of the future graduate, which must consist of knowledge, aptitudes, attitudes, and soft skills. For this reason, the methodologies which provide learning environments that stimulate active cooperation are studied in the present mixed research, which presents the necessary tools to face the challenges of the environment.
