Abstract

The catalytic effect that technologies have had in conserving jobs and recovering those lost is undeniable; teleworking, distance training and on-demand digital platforms have taken a leading role in the world of work. In addition to this, the current labor reality shows how far the salaried worker scheme is, for which the existing social security was designed; This suggests a rethinking to protect the worker from the risks of health, disease and old age
