Abstract

Este artículo analiza la Licenciatura en Ciencias del Trabajo como nomento fundamental en el desarrollo de los estudios laborales en España. Se estudia en primer lugar su proceso de formación, así como las razones que llevaron a su introducción en nuestro sistema universitario. A continuación se analiza su contenido fór mativo, y se definen sus principales características como titulo universitario oficial.________________________________In this work the degree in labour studies currently offered by Spanish universities is analysed, it being a major moment in the development of studies on labour and industrial relations in Spain. To begin with its process of creation is analysed, as well as the reasons that explain its introduction into the Spanish university system. After this process is described, the articles analyses the program's contents and objectives, as well as other major features of this university degree.
