Abstract
In a society in constant evolution, with a changing environment and which requires a high level of adaptability, it is essential that people immerse themselves in a whirlwind of almost permanent training, which begins with self-knowledge and leads us towards the achievement of the ideal objective business for higher productivity. With this communication we will try, precisely, to know and highlight what are the strengths and weaknesses of the work teams through a very specific technique, the dynamics of Dr. Raymond Meredith Belbin, who will help us to analyze the roles that are appreciated in them and that ensure the possibility of opting for a high level of performance thanks to our strengths, effectively managing our weaknesses. In short, Dr. Belbin's philosophy is going to help us build high-performance teams, maximizing work relationships and helping people learn more about themselves. The 'ERLAC' Case is an example of its use for the formation of work groups in a university environment, resulting in a tremendously positive experience in this context
