La verificación de autoría en la escritura conjunta de demandas. Una perspectiva integradora

Abstract

Este artículo aborda la tarea de verificación de autoría en la escritura conjunta de demandas. Las preguntas de investigación a las que se pretende dar respuesta son: ¿Qué problemas dificultan la tarea de verificación de autoría en la escritura conjunta de demandas? ¿Cómo se puede discriminar la escritura individual del sujeto cuya autoría se ha de verificar? ¿Qué método permite la validación objetiva de los resultados? El artículo se divide en dos partes. En la primera parte, se abordan los problemas que dificultan la tarea de verificación de autoría en la escritura conjunta de demandas. En la segunda parte, se propone un enfoque integrador y se aplica a un caso real juzgado en un tribunal superior de justicia españolThis article tackles the task of authorship verification in the joint drafting of lawsuits.
