La educación y la comunicación patrimonial : una mirada desde el Museo de Huelva

Abstract

Esta tesis doctoral se articula como un estudio de caso donde se analiza el museo desde todas sus vertientes y bajo la perspectiva de la teoría de la comunicación. Se articula en tres bloques, el primero destinado a la realización de antecedentes y una fundamentación teórica, resultado de años de trabajos en la Didáctica del Patrimonio desde diversas perspectivas; en el segundo, destinado a la metodología, se realiza una fundamentación metodológica y se presenta el diseño de la investigación, junto a los instrumentos de recogida y de análisis de la información específicos para el trabajo que aquí se desarrolla, partiendo de un sistema de categorías con hipótesis de progresión, se analizan las concepciones acerca del patrimonio y de la educación patrimonial en el museo, así como el proceso de comunicación que se da entre esta institución y los usuarios; en el último bloque se procede al análisis de los datos obtenidos junto al desarrollo del informe de investigación.

This Doctoral Thesis articulated as a case study analysing the museum in all its aspects on the basis of communication theory. This work is structured in three blocks. The first block is focused on background and theoretical foundation, the result of years of works into Heritage Education from different perspectives; the second approaches the research methodology, establishing a methodological grounding while presenting the research design, along with a series of specific information-gathering and analytical instruments for the work developed here. Setting out from a system of categories with progression hypotheses, the concepts of heritage and patrimonial education in the museum are discussed, and the process of communication between this institution and users; finally, the thtrd block ts where we analyse the data obtamed along wlth the development of the research report.
