Elementos para una crítica del saber en Michel de Certeau : apertura, discontinuidad e interés

Abstract

La obra de Michel de Certeau (Chambéry 1925-París 1986) desarrolla una potente y novedosa crítica epistemológica que a la vez se nutre y afecta a la historia, la antropología, la lingüística y el psicoanálisis, entre otras disciplinas. Este artículo profundiza en tres de las características que Certeau consideraba propias de un saber que mereciera tal nombre, dialogando con otros autores que sostuvieron su importancia previamente: la apertura (Maurice Merleau-Ponty), la discontinuidad (Michel Foucault) y el interés (Jürgen Habermas). Gracias a estas ideas puede ser posible ayudar al conocimiento a tomar conciencia de las sombras que a menudo esconde.

The works of Michel de Certeau (Chambéry, 1925-Paris 1986) develop a powerful new epistemological critique that simultaneously feeds and affects history, anthropology, linguistics and psychoanalysis, among other disciplines. This article deals with three of the features considered by Certeau like characteristics of a knowledge that deserved that name, in dialogue with other authors previously argued its importance: the opening (Maurice Merleau-Ponty), discontinuity (Michel Foucault) and interest (Jürgen Habermas). With these ideas may be possible to help knowledge to become aware of the shadows that often hides.
