Abstract
El objeto de esta investigación es el desarrollo profesional de una maestra
experta, que lleva a cabo un proceso de reflexión-acción sobre su
práctica. Se ha enfocado su desarrollo en función de su conocimiento
profesional, concepciones y reflexión sobre su práctica. Se han aplicado
y desarrollado instrumentos propios de la investigación cualitativa y se
ha valorado especialmente la visión de la propia maestra sobre su
desarrollo, y cómo esta visión y sus concepciones han influido en él. Han
emergido una serie de regularidades en el proceso que han permitido
organizar los resultados en torno a ellas.
The focus of this research is an experimented teacher’s professional development. She carries out a process of reflection-action on her practice. Her development has been seen in terms of her professional knowledge, conceptions and reflection on her practice. Proper instruments of qualitative research have been applied and developed. The teacher’s perspective on her development has been specially valued, and how this perspective and her conceptions have influenced it. Some regularities have emerged from the process. They have allowed us to organise the results according to them.
