Abstract
salud percibido
As people age they suffer physical, psychological and social changes. Many of these changes, where deterioration and loss of what has been achieved throughout the life cycle prevail, can be counteracted or postponed thanks to physical activity and the perception of self-control of the elderly. The losses sometimes result in low levels of health status, so the objective of this study is to analyze the psychological variables involved in the implementation of healthy behaviors that allow some control over the aging process. For this, this research work collected a sample in a Center of Active Participation for elderly people of Huelva. The results helped to clarify the existing relationships between the practice of physical exercise, with other psychological variables such as the perception of control or the state of perceived health
