Abstract
La necesidad permanente de mejorar la formación del
profesorado universitario ha propiciado que ocupe un
lugar destacado en investigaciones, bibliografía y
políticas educativas a ser aplicadas, convirtiéndose en
tema de reflexión y debate, cuando se trata de
diseñar y promover estrategias que fomenten e
incrementen la calidad de sus prácticas. El presente
trabajo presenta resultados de un estudio aplicado a
estudiantes del profesorado universitario en
educación física, destinado a reconocer factores que
promuevan la mejora de la calidad durante su proceso
de formación como futuros profesionales de la
enseñanza.
The permanent necessity to improve the training of the university teaching staff has created for it a favourable and distinguished place on investigations, bibliographies and educational politics to be applied. Becoming themselves a subject of thought and debate, when it comes to design and promote strategies that increase and foment the quality of their practices. The present investigation shows results from a study applied to students of the university physical education teaching staff, destined to acknowledge factors that promote the improvement of quality during it's teaching process as future professionals in the field.
