El acuerdo marco europeo sobre teletrabajo : negociación colectiva y teletrabajo. Dos realidades de dimensión comunitaria

Abstract

Este artículo analiza el acuerdo europeo sobre teletrabajo, desde la perspectiva de su importancia como manifestación de la negociación colectiva europea. Se trata del primer acuerdo libre, que se aplicará sin el apoyo de una directiva. Y que incide en un tema sobre el que la mayor parte de las legislaciones laborales nacionales están todavía por desarrollar.____________________________This paper analyses the recent European framework agreement on telework, particularly from the perspective of European collective bargaining. This agreements has a great interest, because is the first free European agreement, in the sense that it will be applied by itself, without the support from an European directive as its precedents. Besides, it applies to a form of employment, telework, which lacks.a specific treatment in most European labour legislation.
