Abstract
El rol del líder debe atender nuevas necesidades, en este sentido, el objetivo del presente es identificar y analizar los factores de liderazgo que impactan en una organización, con el propósito de fortalecer la cultura organizacional, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo inclusivo, colaborativo y alineado con los valores, la misión y visión de la organización. En este primer momento se validará un cuestionario aplicado vía electrónica a líderes empresariales y educativos, procesando los datos en dos softwares estadísticos: SPSS 24 y SMART PLS SEM. Resultando válido y confiable para el impacto de la empatía y el trabajo colaborativo en el liderazgo, con un Alfa de Cronbach de .7 para los tres indicadores y un estadístico de colinealidad (VIF) con un valor dentro del umbral válido. Su desarrollo fue bajo un enfoque mixto. Concluyendo, la empatía y el trabajo colaborativo son fundamentales en el liderazgo y fortalecimiento de la cultura organizacional.
