Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la influencia de las
orientaciones de meta disposicionales y la autodeterminaci6n
sobre el disfrute, en una muestra de practicantes de ejercicio
físico con edades comprendidas entre los 16 y 58 años, así
como examinar las diferencias en dichas variables en funci6n
del tiempo de práctica. Para ello se les administr61as versiones
traducidas al castellano de las escalas GOES y BREQ-2, Y los
ítems correspondientes al factor disfrute de la MPAM-R. Los
resultados revelaron que la orientaci6n a la tarea y la motivaci6n
autodeterminada predecían positivamente el disfrute en el
ejercicio ffsico, mientras que la orientaci6n al ego lo hacía de
forma negativa, con un porcentaje total de varianza explicada
del 63%. Además, se encontr6 una mayor orientación a la tarea,
mayor autodeterminaci6n y disfrute en los sujetos que más días
practicaban.

To reach thls objectlve, they were given Spanlsh translated versions of the GOES and the BREQ-2 sea les, as well as the items corresponding to the «enjoyrnent» factor of the MPAM-R. The results revealed that task goal orientation and self-determlned motivation positively predicted enjoyment in physieal exercise, while ego goal orientation predicted it in a negative way, with a total percentage of explained variance of 63%. Also, hlgher task orientation, self-determination and enjoyment were found in people who practiced more days.
