El nuevo grado en Relaciones Laborales tras la promulgación del RD 1393/2007 y perspectivas desde el área de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social

Abstract

En este artículo se intenta analizar el futuro título de grado en Relaciones Laborales tras la publicación del RD 1393/2007 y la aportación del área del Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social al mismo. En primer lugar se contextualiza la reforma operada en el marco del EEES, para presentar las grandes líneas de la nueva situación a partir de la promulgación de este decreto. Seguidamente, se profundiza sobre la situación de las profesiones reguladas y la consideración de la profesión de graduado social como tal. Por último, se reflexiona sobre el papel del Derecho del Trabajo y de la SS en ese título a partir de su contribución a la adquisición de las competencias de los principales ámbitos profesionales de los futuros egresados.___________________________________________This article seeks to analyse the future Degree in Industrial Relations following the publication of RD 193/2007 and the relevant contribution by the fields of Labour Law and Social Security. First of all, the reform in the framework of the ESHE is contextualised to set out the guidelines of the new situation following the enactment of this decree. The situation of the regulated professions and the consideration of the profession of Industrial Relations specialist as such is then considered in greater depth. Finally, the role of Labour Law and Social Security with respect to this qualification is considered based on their contribution to the acquisition of the competences of the main professional spheres of the future graduates.
