Necesidad de formación psicopedagógica de los entrenadores deportivos

Abstract

Dentro de la práctica deportiva el entrenador es uno de los elementos más importantes y que más puede influir para que ésta se desarrolle correctamente. Ello nos debería hacer reflexionar en profundidad sobre la formación más adecuada, las características que como educadores deben poseer estos entrenadores, y la filosofía que deben tener sobre el deporte escolar. En el artículo que presentamos a continuación fundamentamos la necesidad de actuar como educadores durante las primeras etapas de formación deportiva por lo que deben formarse para esto.In sports practice, the coach is one of the most important and most influential elements in sport’s correct development. This should make us think in depth about the most adequate training, characteristics of educators that these coaches must possess, and the philosophy that they must have about sport in schools. In the following article, we lay the foundation of the necessity of acting as educators during the first stages of sports training, being it the reason that they need to be trained for this labour.
