Abstract
En este artículo se presenta un estudio realizado sobre las posibilidades de la Supervisión Clínica como estrategia formativa del profesorado. Su objetivo es mostrar cómo esta estrategia puede ayudar a lo largo de todo un proceso de planificación, observación y reflexión, vivido por supervisor y supervisado, a mejorar la propia práctica docente. En el trabajo se describe el proceso de elaboración y desarrollo de un caso de supervisión realizado por una profesora de Primaria y una supervisora externa al centro.
This article presents a study about the possibilities of Clinical Supervision as a teacher training strategy. Its objective is to show how this strategy can help along a whole process of planning, observation and reflection, lived by supervisor and supervised, to improve the teaching practice itself. In this work we describe the process of making and developing of a supervisory case conducted by a Primary teacher and a supervisor outside the center.
