Abstract
Presentamos un estudio analítico-descriptivo en el que tratamos de mostrar las iniciativas formativas
ofrecidas por los Centros del Profesorado (CEPs) a los propios docentes, con el objetivo de
identificar, analizar y valorar el tipo de formación que desde la Administración Educativa (a través
de los CEPs) se promueve para dar respuesta al fenómeno de la multiculturalidad en las aulas
y todos los problemas de inclusión que están ligados a este.
We present an analytical-descriptive study in wich we tried to show the formative initiatives offered by Teaching Staff Centers (CEPs) to teachers, with the aim of identifying, analyzing and to value the type of formation that it is promoted by the Educative Administration (through the CEPs) in order to give answer to the multicultural phenomenon within the classrooms and all the inclusion problems caused by this.
