Abstract
Este trabajo pretende evaluar los factores asociados al aprendizaje motivado de los alumnos
universitarios. Mediante una escala Likert se evalúan metas, actitudes, motivos, así como
condiciones, estrategias e implicación en el estudio para determinar cuáles son los rasgos que
diferencian a los alumnos más motivados frente a los menos motivados. La muestra, aleatoria
estratificada proporcional, es de 938 alumnos de la Universidad de Huelva. Entre los resultados
destacan como rasgos diferenciadores del aprendizaje motivado en alumnos universitarios las
metas cognitivas, sociales y de tarea, una actitud ante el aprendizaje orientada al éxito, una
atribución de éste a sí mismos, y unos motivos para estudiar relacionados con el trabajo futuro.
También destacan por ser competentes en el estudio, combinar capacidad de trabajo individual y
trabajo en equipo, usar más las estrategias de aprendizaje, e implicarse en el estudio.
This work evaluates the factors associated with motivated learning of university students. Using a Linker scale, we evaluate the goals, attitudes, motives for learning. We also evaluate the conditions, strategies and involvement in the study. The objective is to identify the differences between the most motivated students and less motivated students. The sample, stratified random proportional, is of 938 students at the University of Huelva. The results are the following distinguishing characteristics of university students’ motivated learning: a cognitive, social and task goals, a learning attitude oriented to success, a self attribution of success, and some reasons for studying work-related future. These students are also competent in the study, combining ability of individual and team work, use more learning strategies, and engage in the study.
