Abstract
The complexity of starting a speech recognition parade during a judicial process is unquestionable, considering that it is a perceptual examination starting from the recovery of an auditory memory by the victim or witness of a serious criminal act, and it must be carried out some time after it has occurred, considering criteria referred to the timbre quality of the aggressor’s voice. Currently, the research in the different fields involved in this forensic technique points to a rigorous approach. But for this proof to be considered solid enough, there must be a virtuous circle of different actors: the axis victim-suspect and the team of experts, and the one formed by the judicial authorities, since the judge will make the final decision.
