Abstract
In the school context, most of the daily life of primary education students takes place, thus making school an area not exclusively academic but also of social relationships with peers, personal learning of social skills (Aranda et al., 2023). The acquisition of these academic and social skills is also possible, not only in school but also in other areas complementary to school, where they are developed, through methodologies adapted to natural contexts and supported by multidisciplinary work teams, with classroom contents, where a different educational element occupies a primary place: the horse. In assisted therapeutic activities with horses, the effect of the horse´s gait when the person is mounted, in addition to naturally providing benefits at physical levels, also provides brain stimulation at a cognitive level due to the effect of transmissions from the horse´s back, generating neutral connections in the person. Thus, in addition to help in terms of rehabilitation, the horse is used for psychoeducational work with the person, at any age, and to improve any possible deficiencies they may have at a pedagogical and social level with a program adapted to specific needs. This study presents a work carried out on the world of the horse applied to the school world with people of various ages with functional diversity, from the perspective of neuroscience, in improving creativity regarding school content.
