Abstract
El texto identifica a los riesgos psicosociales como los riesgos emergentes en una sociedad digitalizada
desde principios del siglo XXI señalando su origen en una serie de causas.
Estas causas tienen como resultado la generación del estrés tanto en la sociedad, organización e individuo con posibles
nefastos resultados como problemas psicológicos y fisiológicos en el individuo, desaparición de la organización, desempleo
o transición profesional, exclusión social, pobreza tecnológica, …, por lo que, como respuesta a ello, se proponen algunas
soluciones para la gestión de las personas en las organizaciones que darían como solución la prevención de gestión de este
estrés generado, tanto en la organización como en el mismo individuo, como con el desarrollo políticas de responsabilidad
Social Corporativa, políticas retributivas incluyendo salario motivacional, planes de outplacement e Inplacement para
garantizar la flexiguridad, técnicas de gestión del tiempo y gestión de proyectos por objetivos estratégicos, técnicas de
mindfulness en entornos laborales, teletrabajo, gestión del talento mediante planes de carrera para las nuevas
generaciones como la formación profesional dual y su apoyo con las generaciones con experiencia y van saliendo de la
organización, relación entre la Inteligencia artificial vs Inteligencia Humana, garantizar organizaciones Saludables, mejorar
la interacción entre la sociedad real y las redes sociales (Sociedad 2.0.)
The text identifies psychosocial risks as emerging risks in a digitalized society since the beginning of the 21st century, indicating its origin in a number of causes. these causes have as a result the generation of stress in society, organization and individual with possible negative results as well as psychological and physiological problems in the individual, disappearance of the organization, unemployment or professional transition, social exclusion, technological poverty, ..., so that, as a response to this, some solutions are proposed for the management of people in organizations that would give as a solution the prevention of management of this generated stress, both in the organization and in the same individual, as with the development of responsibility policies Corporate Social, remuneration policies including motivational salary, outplacement and Inplacement plans to guarantee flexicurity, time management techniques and project management for strategic objectives, mindfulness techniques in work environments, teleworking, talent management through career plans for the new generations s as the dual professional training and its support with the generations with experience and they leave the organization, relationship between the artificial Intelligence vs Human Intelligence, guarantee Healthy organizations, improve the interaction between the real society and the social networks (Society 2.0.)
