Las desigualdades relacionadas con la diversidad
cultural y el género siguen siendo un desafío constante
en los centros educativos debido a diferentes
motivos: falta de información y formación sobre dichas
temáticas; replanteamiento de la didáctica y la
organización escolar; mejora en el planteamiento de
acciones socioeducativas para, con y en la comunidad
educativa; inestabilidad y falta de compromiso del
profesorado en los centros escolares debido al sistema
de interinidad; falta de pensamiento crítico y reflexivo
sobre cuestiones socioculturales; perennes prejuicios
y, a su vez, crisis de valores humanos, sociales,
democráticos, cívicos, etcétera. Las escuelas son un
reflejo de lo que acontece en su entorno y, por ello, el
objetivo principal de este trabajo es reflexionar sobre
la praxis de la interculturalidad con perspectiva coeducativa
como modelo socioeducativo de intervención
desde la educación social
Inequalities related to cultural diversity and gender continue to be a constant challenge in schools due to different reasons: lack of information and training on these issues; rethinking of teaching methods and school organisation; improvement in the approach to socio-educational actions for, with and within the educational community; instability and lack of commitment of teachers in schools due to the temporary system; lack of critical and reflective thinking on socio- cultural issues; perennial prejudices and, in turn, crises of human, social, democratic and civic values, etc. Schools are a reflection of what is happening in their environment and, therefore, the main objective of this work is to reflect on the practice of interculturality with a co-educational perspective as a socio-educational model of intervention in social education
