Participación y poder de la mujer en las organizaciones educativas

Abstract

En este trabajo se aborda la participación de las mujeres en las organizaciones educativas. Con él se pretende poner de manifiesto las barreras y dificultades que tienen las mujeres en el acceso a los puestos de gestión en una profesión tan feminizada como es la educación, sobre todo en las primeras etapas educativas. A continuación haremos un breve recorrido por la literatura para conocer el estilo o estilos de gestión y liderazgo que desarrollan las directoras escolares y veremos como suelen generar una nueva cultura escolar desde la perspectiva de género._____________________________________ In this article the participation of the women in the educational organizations is analyzed. It intend to show the barriers and difficulties that have the women in the access to the positions of management in this so feminize profession that is the education, with the special emphasis in the first educational phases. Later it briefly shows the related bibliography to know the style or styles of management and leadership that the school woman directors develop and how they use to generate a new school culture from the perspective of gender.
