Abstract
Se presentan los resultados de una investigación cualitativa que ha tenido como objetivo
analizar buenas prácticas directivas inclusivas que atiendan a la diversidad en diferentes
escuelas1. Se realiza un análisis descriptivo e interpretativo profundizado en diferentes
categorías, concluyendo que la colaboración es un factor esencial para atender a la diversidad
siendo la dirección escolar el motor para llevar prácticas inclusivas.
This paper presents results from a qualitative research that has aimed to analyze good practice inclusive policies that address the diversity that occurs in Primary Education and Compensatory Education schools in Andalusia. Thus, we have conducted an in depth, descriptive and interpretive study in different categories, concluding that collaboration is a key factor in dealing with diversity being the educational leadership the engine that helps develop inclusive practices.
